Social Actions Taken
Our Actions
At Goiasa, we believe in the power of transformation through education, sustainability, inclusion and quality of life.
Environment: Sustainability is also part of our commitment. The Chafariz Project works to recover and conserve 33 springs in the Ribeirão Bom Jesus watershed, promoting increased biodiversity and local water availability. We have already planted around 400,000 seedlings using techniques that benefit animals in the Cerrado and we closely monitor the reforested areas, assessing the impacts by measuring biodiversity. At the same time, we carry out several Environmental Education actions in the communities, raising awareness and encouraging the population to engage in environmental preservation.
Well-being: The well-being of our employees is also a priority. The Qualivida Program encourages healthy habits, self-care and disease prevention through actions that reduce health risks. Among these initiatives, the following stand out: Psychohealth, aimed at emotional and psychological support, Tobacco Control, which helps people quit smoking, and Medida Certa, focused on controlling obesity, hypertension and diabetes.
In addition to these initiatives, we promote cultural and professional training activities. The Goiasa Workers' Association develops the Sons e Tons Project, bringing culture and music to the community, while at the same time distributing scholarships for technical training of the local population, contributing to the development of the region.
We continue to invest in well-being, education and sustainability, reaffirming our commitment to the community and a more responsible and inclusive future.

Relationship to the Community
Goiasa believes in the power of connecting with the community and the positive impact of its actions for a more inclusive and sustainable society. Therefore, we develop and support initiatives that drive growth in the southern region of Goiás.
Support for Education: One of our projects is Continuing Education for Teachers, which trains educators from the municipal schools of Bom Jesus and Goiatuba through themed workshops. To date, we have held 11 meetings, benefiting an average of 183 teachers.
Commitment to the Community: We also promote Fire Prevention actions, with clean-up drives in neighboring communities, educational campaigns, visits to schools and awareness blitzes. In addition, on celebratory dates such as Easter, Christmas and Children's Day, we hold special events for children and families in vulnerable situations, strengthening ties and bringing more joy to the community.
As part of our private social investment, we make donations with our own resources to various institutions. From 2020 to 2024, we donated more than 22 tons of sugar (crystal and organic), in addition to promoting collections of food, cleaning products, clothing, computer equipment, household appliances and other essential materials. We believe that growing together with the community is the path to a better future for everyone.
Support for culture: Our commitment goes beyond social actions. We support and sponsor initiatives that are part of the culture and regional development, such as Goiatuba Esporte Clube, in addition to the traditional Expoagros of Bom Jesus and Goiatuba.
Communication with the Community: Maintaining an open and accessible dialogue with our audiences is also essential, which is why we have several communication tools, such as our institutional website, Customer Service System (SAC), Ombudsman Channel (Secure Contact) and social networks – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
